Our analysts also carry mobile laboratory workstations which allow them to complete air tests as soon as the test has been completed and deliver certificates and analytical paperwork to you straight away in both digital or hard copy formats.
Our resource is the largest directly employed risk management team in the UK with an ever growing number of competent and qualified surveyors and analysts who are all trained under our UKAS ISO 17020 and ISO 17025 accredited technical procedures.
Additionally, we operate the largest UKAS ISO 17025 accredited asbestos testing laboratory in the UK which is operational 7 days a week and 16 hours per day. As an internal resource, the laboratory provides assurances that we have the capacity to deliver projects in quick timescales, whilst consistently maintaining quality control.
The lab provides asbestos sample identification using polarised light microscopy (PLM), as well as scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) which provide a greater level of accuracy than the methods used by the majority of UK asbestos laboratories, and includes a stand-alone soils laboratory for the qualitative and quantitative identification of asbestos in soils.
Asbestos survey and analytical data is captured using our internally designed NexGen survey app and can be utilised to instantly share data with our project and technical support teams back in our UK based lab as soon as the asbestos survey and monitoring is completed for processing through our systems workflow for delivery of the survey report.
